Fabrication and rebuild hydraulics
We repair hydraulic cylinders. You can drop it off to us at our shop, or we will come get it from you. We have our trained technicians working on your equipment to get you back up quickly. our standard procedure is to tear it down, inspect it, hone the barrel, patch and polish the rod, reseal it, assemble it and test it. There is no cylinder too big or small for our shop to handle.
Valves Pumps and Motors
Our technicians can do pump swaps, flush your hydraulic fluid, fix leaks, overheating HPUs, and more. Pumps are the heart of your hydraulic system. Much like the human heart any contamination can be devastating. When a pump starts to leak or begins to not work properly contact Lonestar Hydraulics immediately.
Directional control valves are one of the most fundamental parts in hydraulic machinery as well as pneumatic machinery. They allow hydraulic fluid to flow into different paths from one or more sources. Valves can be as simple as a single one-way valve or as complex as an entire manifold block which can have dozens of fluid paths. We will inspect each piece for sealing problems and ware. We can then repair and reseal the unit.
Custom Builds
Lonestar Hydraulics has in house welding and fabrication. If you have hydraulic components and need someone to put all the pieces together, Lonestar Hydraulics can help.
When you don’t have time or just can’t figure it out, let us handle it. We can fix all the little issues or we can repair what is critical to get you back to work. If you can’t move the unit let us know and we are able to arrange transport. When a unit is brought to the shop it is all hands-on deck to get our clients in and out as quickly as possible.
